Excellence in action in an organization is, when employees : Pay attention to the details, do things right the first time, and practice good human relations
People tend to look upon succesful people as they appear to be now. They overlook the many years of hard work, failure, frustations, and problems all encountered, lots conquered all along the way
In order for people to be happy in their work, these three things are nedeed :
1. They must be fit for it;
2. They must not do too much of it;
3. And they must have a sense of success in it.
If you're boss and your people fight you openly when they think you're wrong, thats healty. If your men fight each other openly in your presence for what they believe in that's healty. But keep all the conflict eyeball to eyeball
